1. Buying a Ticket

When you complete the checkout form on this site, you create an order with a unique reference code (e.g. JKZ-XXXX). You then pay the order total by MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money to the number we display, using that reference code as the payment reference.

2. Reservation Hold

Once you submit the checkout form, your tickets are held for 10 minutes while you complete payment. If we do not see your payment within that window the hold is released and the tickets become available to other buyers.

3. Payment Confirmation

Confirmation is manual. After we verify your mobile money payment, your unique QR-coded tickets appear on your order page and we send the link via WhatsApp to the number you provided. Keep this page open or bookmarked — you can always come back to it using the link.

4. No Refunds

All ticket sales are final. Once a payment has been confirmed and tickets issued, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please double-check the event date, time and quantity before paying.

If we cancel an event for reasons within our control, we will refund the full amount paid to the same mobile money number used at checkout.

5. Tickets and Entry

  • Each ticket is a unique QR code. We scan it once at the door.
  • Do not share your QR — the first scan wins; subsequent scans are rejected.
  • You may need to show ID matching the name on the ticket.
  • Entry may be refused for behaviour that disrupts the event.

6. Your Information

We collect your name, phone number and email at checkout so we can contact you about the order and the event. We do not sell or share this information with third parties.
